A slow tsunami?
They just aren’t going everyone at once. They seem to have started in Australia. I haven’t been asked yet.
Has anyone else had this problem? I had an email from Airbnb some weeks ago requesting that I update my payout method - followed the link and thought I had confirmed the payout details. Another email this evening telling me to update and that if I do not, there will be no further payouts fro midnight tomorrow
I’ve spoken to CS who tried to make the update work - it wouldn’t… technical error. Then CS promptly cut me off.
I have three sets of Airbnb guests arriving from Friday and frank…
Hi all,
I just got the following from AirBnb: “Lets get these details for your account. This info is required to make sure your payouts keep coming”
Anyone knows the reason why they sent me for this information?
Since November 1 we have been receiving emails from AirBnB asking us to update our payment method. We go through that process and it triggers a message that the update is pending.
Payments from AirBnB since Nov 1 are not being deposited into our account.
I spoke to AirBnB support today and they said that they have been having this problem in Australia since November 1. They don’t have a solution as yet.
There may be other destinations with the same problem.
I have been told this is global and there are hosts in Europe and the UK who haven’t been paid for up to 7 weeks. Can anyone comment?
