This is awful. When we started in 2010 CS was pretty good. What is happening with this company? Why can’t anyone help? Maybe call your local press.

I just wish listed you. Can you see that? It’s also not letting me send an inquiry without adding a photo but I bet it’s because I’m on an iPad not using the mobile app. I’ll try in a while from my computer. Your listing appears to be very much active.
When I clicked on the direct link earlier it said it wasn’t available. Just now I tried again and it was there. Also when I searched for Dallas-entire place-$50-$100 price range your listing came up 4th in search

Yes I am able to view your listing too, and it appeared as active. Did you ever get the reason behind why it was unavailable? It seemed it was a temporary issue.
Hello. I’m getting exactly this issue. How did you resolve it? Airbnb rentals are an essential part of our family income and I’m stressed about this not being resolved. Call centre staff say they can see it. If I search with all the correct terms with available dates or with no dates, or use the map it doesn’t show. If I click on the link either on my computer or phone it just says ‘this listing is no longer available’.
Please if you know anything can you help
Some search parameters please like where you are and how we recognise that we find you?
7 months later and the “Sexy Party House” is still listed. What’s wrong with ABB???!!!

It’s never available. I don’t know it’s purpose.
My listings suddenly all disappeared AGAIN! Yesterday. After this problem occurred in October 2015 and lasted a month or two (I can’t even remember now). It’s now March 2017. I had been editing them and adding photos. After I broke down and turned on Instant Book, too! Can anyone see them? When I try to search for them it just says “This listing is not available.” When I’m logged into Airbnb I can see them. I even tried making a new listing to see if that would show up and it didn’t (then I deleted it). Thank you in advance.

I had something similar going on: I could literally see one of my listings go unlisted by itself.
A guest had alerted me to not being able to see the cool Treehouse listed to show to their friends, so I saw it unlisted for no reason. No problem, I click on ‘Listed’ and it went right back to ‘Unlisted’ - by itself.
Had this happening on the app first, then while I was slowly going nuts about it on the pc as well.
This went back and forth for a while and after several changes …it finally decided to stay listed.
Go figure.
My listings all showed up again after 48 hours. I guess it was because I added new photos, so I took all the new photos down again. It’s just sad that the cs reps are so clueless about what to say. I find out more reading the experiences of other hosts than from their customer service site.
Old post but Air confirmed to me today that my 4 declines last summer was hurting my visability,
About denying reservation I see 4 denied reservations, you can track in “my reservations” or messages.
As you can’t activate instant booking, if you prefer making a test, you can try adding a new listing with the same information. Also new Listings are given the opportunities of more visibility.
Please use the filters I’m using to find your listing (delete cookies and caches, use incognito tab).
