I stepped away and my repeat guests and I cooked dinner and ate together. I wasn’t too sure the first time through with the Marine Corps and Don’t Tread on Me stickers on their vehicle that we’d be a good match for dinner. . But they had said they would try to stay with me when they came back. He mentioned that our local world famous steakhouse didn’t impress him and I said I never go out for steak, I grill at home. Then I extended the invite for us to grill when they came back.
I just hoped he wouldn’t say anything about Trump, and he didn’t. I think they saw my HRC magnet on the beer fridge last time. We talked about their bad airbnb experiences, their new bamboo tattoos they got in Thailand, the music festival near their hometown, long drives and more.
Dinner was awesome.

I love it when bad expectations turn out great!! Maybe they were closet HRC voters! 
At least I know they aren’t fundamentalists. He has an “evolution happens” sticker and she had some sort of evolution shirt on yesterday. They aren’t anti gay or anti minority because they’ve stayed with hosts of every stripe. If I had to make a bet it would be that they didn’t vote at all.

Sure, it’s all over the place. The prospective guest was clearly lame and inconsiderate for even thinking she could add guests and pets for $50, but a simple NO would have sufficed. Airbnb did the right thing by banning the host. End of story! Time to move on.
It wouldn’t be hard to Photoshop for someone who knows what they are doing.
Considering the host told her she could add 2 people and a pet for $50, I don’t see why that makes her lame. It was two more people in the same room, a room that was $39 a night for two a few days ago.

Of course not. The drive up in the snow with friends and dogs would be a lot more work.
The story has been verified and the host has been banned permanently. The guest received permission to add the extra guests and was inquiring with the host about how to do this when the host unleashed her tirade. The guest was not lame and the texts were not photoshopped.

Well, okay then.
I’ve got those large canvas grocery bags also (since bringing-yer’ own bags are mandatory in markets) but I also happen to have a shoulder-slung purse that is small, brown ugly and could pass for a horse’s feed bag…I guess, so it hit rather close to home.
I suppose I should donate that bag but it does seem to work when I have the munchies.
And it fits my head.
