Unpaid bookings

I am an Airbnb Superhost 17 times in a row.
Unpaid by Airbnb for past bookings!
I am unable to get Airbnb to pay me for 5 bookings going back to November.

Have you complained loudly on social media or Twitter?

I am not sure how to use Twitter. I have tried but getting no attention.

It’s 6 bookings now.
They didn’t pay today either.

Then on Facebook
Something like
Calling all hosts - I have unpaid stays out standing since…
THEY WILL NOT RESPOND
CHECK YOUR OWN PAYMENTS
THEIR ONLY JOB IS TO COLLECT THE MONEY AND PASS IT ON!

See how they respond- they hate bad publicity

This is the Australian page

I’ve already contacted them numerous times.
The same fob off message.
I also call every day.

Phone calls they can ignore.
Bad publicity they can’t

Lots of excuses but absolutely incompetent helpdesk.

Just wait till you get a disappearing BDC payment. Their finance department is completely clueless, at least the one in Madrid that handles our payments is. They make Airbnb look almost half competent!

The irony is, with BDC, that every other department provides stellar service (so far).

I tried them before.
Mostly their guests never turned up and serious issues with getting paid :scream:
I am full until March with Airbnb’s guests which is why I am panicking.
I won’t be able to pay my staff or the bills and running costs if this goes on any longer :tired_face:

That would suit me. Reservations are non refundable for us seven days before check in!

Maybe it works differently in India but I never got paid.
They said they destroyed the guests credit card details 10 days after the reservation was made :roll_eyes::roll_eyes::roll_eyes:

I had the same issue and calling them did nothing. Go to their Facebook page and send them a message through messenger. I had someone contact me minutes later through Facebook and he was much more helpful than the others.

Been on that for weeks.
