Today was supposed to be the day. Finally, Super Host status achieved! Imagine my surprise when I went into the app and found that not only am I not a Super Host, my account now says only 39% of my trips have been reviewed.
I reached out to Airbnb customer service by Twitter to sort this mess out but so far, no reply. They’re usually quite responsive but I haven’t heard anything from them. My message was sent 6 hours ago. Has anyone else experienced this?
