I’m renting rooms in the upstairs of the house my grandfather built 80 years ago, so I advertise it as a “heritage home”.
As a 53 year old geezer I have two things to say, first off if you are lucky enough before you know it you will be “older” The other is FU you little entitled twerp.

Yes I had the same issues with older guests mostly. But lately I had couple of very young guests who were really picky and lied in both cases
