Promotional Code

Hi Guys, can you help me with this.
I’ve been looking at my August and September bookings.
My nightly rate, was not adding up for some reason.
Then I discovered , my guests had used a promotional code.
Which had saved them just under £100.
I am assuming that I am picking this cost up.

Have i missed something here, or is this something that AirBnB can do.
I don’t remember agreeing to this.

You must have accidently clicked on a promotion. Go to your calendar and see if there is a black line over the dates with a percentage displayed or a dot. If so, click on edit calendar and remove the promotion.

Could this be something to do with a SuperHost voucher being redeemed? Obviously, ABB should be covering this, not you. Hmmmmm.
