I have lived in Pontrhydyfen for most of my life.
I moved to London when i was in my early twenties and lived there for about eight years.
However i missed the country side and the fresh air.
once i returned home i discovered the the local country park had built net a work of mountain bike trails. Which started my off mountain biking.
I spent the next few years riding the trails and also rode further afield in Morzine and Les Gets.
Still enjoying the country side, riding running and hiking with Dexter.
