The booking guest is responsible for the whole group included in his booking request. This guest made a series of poor judgements. The review about the money disappearing needs to stand.
Don’t let him try to guilt you into changing your review. Plus by returning the money, he has admitted it was his group took it. He can’t say it is a false or slanderous review.
