I don’t care what my guests do as long as they aren’t in my face all the time. I’m fortunate to have a house with a front room and a family room. My family room has locking French doors. I explain right up front oh this is your space for hanging out etc. The family hands out in the family room which is not guest ready so it’s a private space for the family.
Relax dude. You’re way too up in their business.
We had a host here who suggested to sent guests to a far away supermarket, so they can spend mote time outside.
I guess that was her system thinking.
I was reluctant to put TVs in rooms but situation changed drastically when i did. NO ONE hangs out in my living room anymore. My kitchen rules state simple non time consuming meals. I started doing longer terms, and already had 4 guests who never cook. So, they dont hang out in my open kitchen for hours.
That’s a great idea Yana. I’m going to take that TV and mount it in the guest room. I don’t careven if they hang out in the living room; I planned for that. But maybe they’d like it better.
