None of you told me that automatic messaging was a possibility!

I feel kind of like an idiot for not looking into this before I had been in the business for 5 years or so but I haven’t ever heard of such a possibility!

I just created my form messages to be sent 2 days before check-in, a checking in message the morning after, and a checkout message the day before!
What a game changer!

It feels a bit sterile but the time savings, I tell you! :slight_smile:

@Icklemiss I totally agree that the scheduled messaging is great – I created 5-6 messages, including one that lists attractions, restaurants, etc.
