Yes, exactly. I think the location rating should clearly say “Was the location as described” and not be so vague about it.
Yeah its crazy. Unless of course you want to be near the Blue Mountains. Lol.
The price is highly influenced because of location, then the category gives them the opportunity to whine about it.

But that falls under Accuracy… So honestly, Location needs to be eliminated as a metric.
My place is right next to Old Street tube, so London Zone 1, and in an extremely quiet back street despite the hectic neighbourhood. I still get downrated on location… can’t win!!
