Btw I just quit Facebook-Airbnb Masterminds. Too many:
“how to get started in arbitrage; no money to start” threads.
too many personal attacks on anyone sharing Airbnb info people don’t like. For example: guests can file a claim up to 30 days after checkout(!-this may be a recent change), 50% refund for missing amenities, Airbnb can refund even if host doesn’t approve (i guess this is accurate, other than Covid I don’t know)
You have to plow through an abundance of useless to get to anything meaningful.

Yeah you’re totally right, its hard to find meaningful threads in some of the groups but other than masterminds, there are some great groups out there with thousands of bnb community members! Just have to plow through some of the not so useful comments sometimes!
