Like Sandy2 said, very similar to Air. They’re still working on coding and functionality, but they have private room, shared space, whole place options.

I had my first inquiry from Innclusive last weekend. I had to decline because my calendar was not up to date and I was using my property. (When I added my listing they were not yet syncing with Google Calendars.) Innclusive emailed me within minutes - MINUTES - to ask why I had declined. I explained the situation and they said they had since added the Google calendar sync and would email me the instructions, although they never did. I just figured it out the next day.
We will see… everyone has to start somewhere!

Haven’t been impressed with Innclusive so far. I wanted to use them in Berlin as I was having so many rejections from Airbnb hosts; their site was down for days. Unlikely I’ll bother with them now
It is my understanding that all short-term rentals are illegal in Berlin. So you might not have much success in any event.

Whole property rentals are illegal, home shares are not.

It was fine I just used instant book. Thank god for instant book or I would never have found what I needed.
I’m currently the only listing in the St Louis area, so hopefully I’ll start getting inquiries soon.
