How long to edit review?

Hey there- any idea how long after a guest writes a review do they have to edit it if host hasn’t written one yet?

I could be wrong but I think it’s 3 days.

What I have always heard is that either host or guest have 48 hrs to edit.

Yes, 48 hours

It would be interesting to know where the 48-hour clock starts. You’d think it be from the second the review was submitted, but given how 14-day review clock works, it’s probably from the second Airbnb notifies the host that the review was submitted for them.

I had a guest that gave me 3 stars by accident as didn’t understand the rating system. They called AirBnb and could either remove review NOT edit.

That’s likely because you had already given her a review so it became “published”? Otherwise their review would wait it purgatory until you complete yours, and during that time it sounds like they would have roughly 48 hours to change it.
