Similarly Jimmy Wales who started Wikipedia transferred ownership to a trust so it can never be commercialised. Why I donate $50 a year when they have their drive.
I remember years ago in Varanasi, India a hotel advertised itself as ‘a good place to die’. To put in context the burning ghats are down the road on the sacred Mother Ganges River.
I use the name of the farm, not very original, except a couple of strange letters to foreigners in it. And 'by the sea" .
Maybe that hotel in India was the inspiration for the movie “The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel” (actually, the book “These Foolish Things” on which the movie was based)
We are in a very competitive market (as most here probably are), so I did what others have done and used the limited characters to highlight the things that make our unit stand out. No real name, just “Stunning Views - Queen Anne apt. with Free Parking” You can’t filter by water view, so I wanted to put that in for sure. Parking is rare and extremely expensive here in the city, so I needed that as well. I put the neighborhood name because if you just do a general city search it’s so broad and people might not know for sure which neighborhood they want to be in, but ours tends to be highly desirable so I put that in the title as well. I’ve actually been trying to think of a name myself to use within the listing and on an independent website if I ever get around to setting one up (primarily for repeat business and referrals), and just keep getting stuck. Many of the names I came up with have already been used around here on apartment/condo buildings, etc.

I have reprints of these side by side in the 2 BR condo.
I took your valuable comments about branding, describing something appealing about the rental, not sounding too boring, not using over used terms, and not promising “quiet”
