Did I just get my first price tip/suggestion?

Just got an e-mail from Airbnb that says this:

People are looking at your listing for March and April

Turn lookers into bookers

2 people who looked at [your listing] for March and April ended up at listings that are an average of $13 less per night. Here are a few examples of reservations that could be yours next time:

1 guest, $17 less per night for Apr 23-28

1 guest, $8 less per night for Apr 23-28

Lowering your price could help you get more bookings and actually lead to more earnings over time. As your total bookings increase, your overall earnings can as well.

I think they’re trying to encourage me to lower my price, but they’re also revealing that my listing for 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 6 beds is, on average, only $13 more per night than listings suitable for only 1 guest.

I get those messages from AirBnB all the time and I just ignore them. I have a whole house rental and it’s not worth it to me to book it at their suggested price when it costs me $95 to clean plus utilities.
