Changes to Superhost criteria - longer term stays

Looks like one of the issues a lot of folks have had about the Superhost status eligibility being unfair to hosts who tend to have longer term guests has been addressed.

“Superhosts have hosted at least 10 stays in the past year or, if they host longer-term reservations, 100 nights over at least 3 stays. Your guests can feel confident staying with an experienced host.”

I’m glad that more hosts will have the opportunity to being superhosts.

One of my rooms booked only three times in a year - bookings were all 4 months or over. Thanks!

Finally

I had so many long term guests, uni students and so… wrote to airbnb 3 years ago to make them change the criteria …

Have a lady arriving soon for 1 month, she might consider staying longer if she likes it

My guests like the “family” connection…
