Cancellation vs. letting the reservation run

Thank you. That is what I had read on the Air community forum, but @Zandra had a similar situation as mine, and she and her guest were able to review each other.

I hate to revive an old thread but just today, the “resolution” was deducted from my current pay out. I’m totally disgusted by this and really angry. The conniving guest just got away with murder!

I want to post to Twitter about their broken extenuating circumstances policy but I’m not sure how to post so Airbnb sees it. Do I post on my own feed and tag them? Can I post on their feed?

Ughhhhjjjj. Hate this!!!

You post on your own feed but tag them by using @Keith2016. And also @AirbnbHelp
You could also tag local media, if you think they would be interested.

Then use some good hashtags. That makes the tweet more likely to be seen by many people.

You put the hashtags in front of the key words, no spaces. For example #Airbnb has the worst #CustomerService.

They refunded a #ScamArtist.

I’m sure you can be more creative.

Thank you @Garden1Gnome. I’m tech savvy but not a big user of social media so thanks for the clear and concise explanation.
