Another glitch in the system is substracting the stars I earned

I agree with you that it will probably take forever and a day to get resolved. I’ve had several customer service representatives who told me that maybe the guests left a written review, but didn’t select a star rating for Overall Experience. I had to educate them that the review system requires a star rating in the Overall Experience category. I have also had to ask several of them to look at my listing and tell me how many reviews, then look at the Stats Page and tell me how many reviews to “prove” to them that I’m not a math challenged kook.
