Where can I get some Airbnb stickers to put on the front door?
Are you sure that wouldn’t look a bit tacky?
And a security risk if you have a whole listing.
And a risk with neighbors and city if you’re renting illegally as so many are.
Are you asking so your rental will be recognizable to a guest as the correct space? Maybe a unique welcome mat or door decoration would accomplish the goal.
If you really want stickers; do an internet search. A couple of vendors pop Redbubble & a couple more. I don’t think these are licensed logos but may meet your needs. Out of curiosity, I checked Amazon. Yep, you can buy Airbnb stickers on Amazon (proof that EVERYTHING is on Amazon)
It appears the request for stickers has been brought up several times on the Airbnb website help. One person was asking specifically about a sticker to put on a car. Hmmm. I’m no tax expert. If having an Airbnb sticker on my car gets me a larger tax deduction, I would be willing to do it.
Its legal here, and why is it a security risk?
We’re thinking of making a sign with the Airbnb logo for our front door. This is because recently we’ve had several guests knock on our neighbor’s doors and/or park in their driveways.
Because you are advertising that you have a property that is likely to be empty some of the time!
Well, we have a booking rate of 95%, are living upstairs and have a full individual security system for each unit. So that is not an issue.
Now that we have that all sorted out…
The answer to your question is: we don’t know where you can get Airbnb stickers.
Exellent! Thank you.
I just asked for where to get the stickers. Not for security issues, tackiness and what not. And this is something that surprises me with this forum once in a while…
I said IF it’s a whole listing. It isn’t. You live on the premises. Always helpful if you provide this sort of information up front
Really? It’s seems to be SOP procedure, especially for a poster who isn’t well known or one who is new.
Definitely standard questioning includes finding out if you are doing airbnb legally in your jurisdiction and finding out if you renting and doing this with permission of the landlord. We also want to make sure you aren’t violating the terms of your HOA agreement.
Well, I guess I am the one who should best know how things are run here in Norway. And to repeat myself; If I needed legal advice, I would have asked for that.
I do also doubt someone living in El Paso are familiar with Norwegian laws and regulations.
And to repeat myself: members of this forum and others reply in whatever fashion we want to inquiries. If I had a krone for every time someone on the internet complained that their question wasn’t answered, or wasn’t answered in the way they wanted, I’d be rich.
I’m not justifying it or criticizing it, I’m just saying that’s they way it is. Your complaint about it is as predicable as the unsolicited advice. My comments were all meant to be a bit tongue in cheek but alas, I forgot my requisite emojis.
Well, luckily not all members are like that. Just a few in my opinion. But irritating enough.
So for the sake of the forum, please stick to the case.
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL.
Is it that hard to google ?
I’m glad you asked about stickers. I’m going to investigate if having one on my car helps with providing me with additional expenses I can deduct for income tax purposes in the USA.
Stickers are definitely a common topic on the Airbnb website. You are not alone in asking.
Your door, your rental, your sticker to stick. If it helps your guests; why not do it?
If it is tacky, or not allowed, or calls burgerlers to your door, it’s yours to handle. Personally I don’t think it will cause you any trouble - a sticker might be beneficial because you are sending the message that the # of occupants & their schedules are not predictable so the property isn’t as desirable a target as one with one person with a very routine schedule.
If I have to weight tacky vs. helpful to guests; helpful to guests wins.
After I find out if there are any benefits to placing one on my car; I’m going order using my Amazon prime!!!
So for the sake of the forum, please stick to the case.
I don’t think this is a helpful attitude to have. I’ve seen plenty of discussions where forum members gave advice or perspective that was outside of the original ask in extremely helpful ways.
Maybe try this next time
