Airbnb major "Guest Standards" update: What's new?

So, if I am reading between the lines correctly, Airbnb is going to help hosts to prevent

  1. Excessive noise
  2. Unauthorized guests
  3. Unauthorized parking
  4. Unauthorized smoking
  5. Major cleanliness concerns requiring excessive cleaning after checkout

way more aggressively, which will include neighbor reports as well

and major ban on all parties, because of that shooting we all have read.

If this is true, it’s kinda important news which should help us
