Air Dry Linens? Anyone?

True - however we already had guests complain about the strong smell of the fabric softener on our towels.

We don’t even have fabric softener in our house, nor do we use any sort of application of scents besides the laundry detergent for sensitive skin which basically is unsmellable. :man_shrugging:

We dry most of our stuff by air unless time is of the essence and certain pieces need to be tossed into the dryer, but that’s an exception. Received no mention from guests, neither good nor bad.

I use an outside line and a moveable one for when it rains. Like those who posted here, I like the smell- and also don’t want to use electricity for drying. Sunshine is free.
An American guest commented that where they come from, dryers are generally used. They were surprised we didn’t in my state (despite it being sun filled).
Convenience I guess was their reason.
It’s a bit like guests who have the aircon/ for cooling or heating instead of dressing or sleeping in appropriate clothing , bedding etc.
I suppose counteracting pollution might be what they’re used to
doing.

Good tip, I’ll shake mine next time
