Wrong payout amount - failed to update

What I’ve been saying it was THEIR mistake not mine! I updated my listing and it reverted to the old pricing without my knowledge or consent. If without your say-so they made your prices half, or double, or whatever, would you honour their mistake??? This is getting silly!

I was asking why you would expect an outdated practice that used to be posted on invoices to suddenly become relevant for Airbnb.

If you didn’t catch it and call Airbnb on the first booking with the incorrect amount you are at fault. I check the pricing on every single confirmation I get. But that’s me and how I run my business. The fact that it happened on multiple bookings definitely transfers blame to you.

And quite possibly when you made the changes in your pricing you forgot to save them. It’s very easy to just exit and not scroll to the save button after you’ve made your changes. Just move on.
