I think what this person is stating is that his “competition” creates fake accounts, and then contacts him via these fake accounts to request a booking.

Thanks for the explanation - I didn’t get it at first! What a bonkers idea. It would take ages to do that when, if you need bookings, all you have to do is promote your listing and that takes about three minutes.
