@Caelleal we put in 2 outdoor hot water showers and maybe twice a year we have guests who go in with sunscreen. We probably have about 20 nights vacant per year so it does help A LOT!!! Highly recommend you do this - worth every penny.

we have a hot tub.
I am positive it gets us bookings in the NOT summer season.
We keep it pristine and that takes continual care plus frequent water change.
It is worth it for us.
We have a pool and Jacuzzi. We allow guests to use the pool but they have to sign a liability release first. We specifically say in the listing that guests do not have access to the Jacuzzi or fire ring. For $59/night, it’s not worth it to us for the wear and tear and electricity to offer the Jacuzzi.
