Who offers a hot tub? How do you charge? Overall better or worse?

Peeing in the hot tub...

I need a vent and some advice… I have a consistent problem with guests peeing in the hot tub…I have no idea how to address this. Secondly guests are consistently leaving the fireplace burning and candles on and take off for the day …I thought his was commen sense but I guess not. Any suggestions to correct these problems would be appreciated.
