Where do I find 2025 earnings to submit for taxes

Where under my Airbnb listing do I find 2025 earnings to submit for taxes. A screenshot would be awesome. Thanks

  1. Go to airbnb.com and log in.
  2. Click your profile picture (top-right) .
  3. Select Account.
  4. Click Payments & payouts .
  5. Choose Transaction history .
  6. At the top, set the date range to Jan 1 – Dec 31, 2025 .
  7. Click Download CSV or Download PDF .

This report shows:

  • Gross earnings
  • Airbnb service fees
  • Adjustments and refunds
  • Net payouts

Where the official tax form is

If Airbnb issued one, you’ll also find it here:

  1. Profile picture
  2. Account
  3. Taxes
  4. Tax documents

Possible forms:

  • Form 1099-K
  • Form 1099-NEC (rare for hosts)

Important note for many hosts

You might not receive a 1099 depending on payment totals, so the Transaction History report is what many hosts use for tax prep .

Tip for accuracy

Use the “Gross earnings” column, not the payout column, if your accountant wants total income before Airbnb fees.

May be a dumb question. I will be taxed on the total income, not the gross, is that correct?

You get taxed on the gross income minus any allowable deductions, just like any other taxable income.

As this is an international forum, with hosts from places other than the US, who may be referring to the tax info you’ve given, there are, of course, many different possible tax forms.
