What "Property Type" Do I use?

I am setting up a listing that I hope will be live in February…after some sheetrock and painting work. I am stumped about the property type. I am doing a whole house STR but the house is an A-Frame on 5 acres in rural North Georgia near 6+ vineyards and the University of North Georgia. I have a lot of options including House, Cabin,Chalet, etc.

Is this field important? A picture of my A-Frame is here: https://www.instagram.com/p/BMrOYruB9xl/

It’s nor really a traditional house but it isn’t a log cabin either.

I think the interior style would need to be considered. My place is a cottage as far as I am concerned, but the rustic interior lead me to classify it as a cabin. The category isn’t log cabin - it is just cabin.

How rustic is the interior?

I think I would just list it as a house.

That said, you could also consider what your guests may be looking for. If your demographic is looking for a rustic experience they might like having it listed as a cabin, but honestly, this metric doesn’t really come into play in searching.

Thanks CatskillsGrrl, Somewhat rustic but I do have 2 king size Tempur-Pedic beds and a Pennsylvania House dining table…But some of the furnishings my husband built. We collected a few of the decor items from travels through Canada and Germany. See some the pics I have ready here:
