What if you suspect a bad review?

I had a guest who I suspect will not give a good review. If I don’t review him, does that mean his review will not appear on my listing?
Or does his review appear after 14 days whether I review him or not? (He has already reviewed my place, but I have not yet responded.)

Yes his review will appear in 14 days if you don’t review him. Wait to review him and hopefully you will get other guests booking and leaving reviews over the next two weeks. By the time his review shows it hopefully won’t be the first one showing.
