This is exactly what happened to us in 2019. Our act was hacked and we couldnā€™t access it. Couldnā€™t process enquiries to book or message anyone. Absolute nightmare. Air support was useless and we lost Ā£1000ā€™s. So now record everything off platform.

Love this! I give my closest neighbor one free week a year for their visiting family. They watch out to see if wild parties are happening. I also take them my veggie scraps for their desert tortoise.

Just today I learned that a high pressure washing with water can remove many stains such as mascara from guest linens. Thanks @Brian

You need to participate for a bit, itā€™s an anti spammer/troll measure, which is why this forum is generally spam free.

Try using the search facility, just about all aspects of STR have been covered at some point.

I have sent several video clips and they still did not review it. Donā€™t even know how dependent the camera is anymore if itā€™s not even considered.

@epadat, Iā€™ve read your posts over several days. I donā€™t remember if you said that you called Airbnb. I think you said that you messaged them. Did you ever call? Did you call more than once?

Nothing tangible. Mostly ā€œI will be out for 2 daysā€ and I will prioritize your case", ā€œI will get back to youā€, "Your case gas been escalated ", and repetitive phrases in these lines.
