There is no option anymore in my profile to get notifications by email, only phone and app. Is this true for everyone?? I’m loosing business over this decision. Not everyone has a working smartphone!

To be clear, are you talking about Airbnb notifications? I get notifications via email and SMS. I don’t use the app. I didn’t do anything specific to enable messages be sent via these methods. Do you have an email address set in your profile? And are you sure it is working?
it was then a couple weeks ago it stopped. I get cell phone only and not the full msg. Now in my settings there is no option for email notifications.
I would check directly with Airbnb. Have you contacted them?
