What does it mean when your listing is 'rare'

We are a bit quiet so I had a look at our we appear. Our place came up first and along with a few others was labelled ‘rare’. Does anyone know what this means?

It usually says “rare find” which means just that. Somewhere else, under the calendar perhaps, it says “Shanghai’s place is normally booked.”
