Vrbo - Check Your Addl Guest Fees

Just a heads up…
Vrbo changed their calendar Jan 2026 and in doing so, has a bug with addl guest fees. The addl guest fee defaulted to charging the fee after the first guest (we had it set at after the 10th guest). We were wondering why we weren’t getting booked. It also limited the number of guests in the dropdown to (6).

Vrbo admitted the bug and was corrected, but not until we lost a whole month and a half of bookings.

Can you tell us where to find that so that we can double check our listing.

Go to your Owner Dashboard:

  1. Log in
  2. Select your property
  3. Go to Calendar
  4. Click Settings → Pricing (Settings is the gear on the top right of the calendar)
  5. Under Additional charges → Fees
  6. Look under Standard Fees
