More likely as a user than as host. My single room won’t benefit from something like this as I understand it.
The 360 degree tour of the home is something realtors have used for years. I think it’s a good idea except I don’t know how they’d implement it. I assume they’d have to send someone out to film it which would be expensive. Then, what happens when you make changes and improvements? They’d have to shoot it again. The augmented reality sounds even more difficult to implement and make changes.
