Views in Insights not working

When I go to the ‘insights’ tab and click on ‘views’, the latest date for which it shows the views is 6 days ago. I haven’t had any bookings/inquiries since then either. I know the listing is active b/c if I search from another computer (where I’m not logged into airbnb), it shows up.

Anyone knows why the ‘views’ aren’t getting updated? Thanks.

Is it possible that you’re not getting views because, say, you’re all booked up for the next 30 days or blocked?

My calendar is open, so it’s not booked…how do I tell if I’m blocked?

I meant that you might have blocked the dates, but apparently you haven’t as you just said that your calendar is open.

So, either the system is not working/not updated or you really aren’t getting any views – though I don’t know if you checked after you found your listing on another computer.

But as long as you’re showing up, does it matter that the Insights/Views menu is not being updated? Of course, it’s nice to see. I can’t tell you about the Views for my listing as we’ve blocked the calendar.

Thanks for clarifying…guessing it’s likely a system issue. It’s odd b/c I used to get inquiries/reservation requests often, prior to when airbnb stopped showing the views and now I haven’t gotten any booking requests.

Yes, as long as it’s showing up in search results, it’s fine…just odd that the booking requests also paused at the same time that the insights views stopped working.
