Odd! I didn’t know you could condemn a single apartment in a multi-family building. Whether it is let on Airbnb or NOT I would DEFINITELY find out why the apartment above you has a vacate order and that should be a matter of public record.

On the vacate order the person who posted it wrote “Partial”, and on the “Floor” line he/she wrote “Apartment 3”.
Interesting! Well, do please let us know what happens. You’re doing the right thing telling Airbnb! That host should be booted and also fined by the city, although there is only so much you can do. By the way, you can ALSO report the listing online if you know it. Look for the link on every listing that says REPORT THIS LISTING.
