Don’t know if you have seen it where you live, but as the lock-down starts to be lifted here in France we have seen a dramatic up-tick in attempts to reserve for parties.
The one we received today for example was from a mother of a 14 year old girl for a party with 15 of her daughter’s girl friends. The mother has been an airbnb member since 2016, with 0 reviews and 0 verifications. She assured me though that the girls were “nice girls” and that she and her husband would pay for any damage.
It took a lot of restraint to be polite in my refusal.
