I’ve just tried to turn off Smart Pricing and the site just asks questions without letting me leave, so that I’m forced to keep SP on.
Any tips on how to turn SP off?
It doesn’t work even after you turn it off! I tried to contact them about this earlier… crickets! My base price is $37 yet future dates are priced as low as $30???
I got frustrated having to go through every month so I turned it off… their mobile sure isn’t the easiest to navigate.
Maybe I’ve fixed it, maybe.
I answered some airbnb questions on the site related to SP and clicked bubbles to agree I’d read the answers.This seemed to help.
I raised my minimum.
I looked at the month on the calendar of my listing, and clicked details
The month showed my new minimum
Fingers crossed now that it stays that way
