Trying to figure out how do do a split rental

I have a guest who wants to use my apartment for about 5 weeks. I’ve already got someone coming for a weekend in the middle of the rental. The guest is happy to make other arrangements for those three days, but would like to find a way to make it a single transaction in order to lower her AirBnB guest fees. Any suggestions?

I’d calculate the price for 5 weeks mins three days and make a special offer - feels like the easiest solution here.

Yes you can either make a special offer or if they have booked you can adjust the cost of the booking and they will get a refund.

I’m still confused. Since there are two rental periods, how do I make an offer that covers both?
