Hi there to my airbnb friends.
Does anyone have an excel spreadsheet that they may want to share on tracking income and expenses for tax purposes ?
Just something simple for the accountant, I have only recently listed my property on air bnb and have quickly realised that I have to keep a good track of income and expenses on the property.
I would appreciate your support

Ditto I need one to. The taxes, fees, licensing costs are starting to really add up!
I don’t know what you need but I bet there are free excel templates online you can use.
Perhaps ask your accountant if they can send you something so it’s in the format they want.

I’m pretty visual and Excel makes my eyes hurt. This site has a way to export to an accountant also. Easy for them, easy for me.
