Tools for house manuals?

Im quite new on the host-scene and wonder if you have any recommendations for a good and practical tool for making a house manual

I live in my Airbnb property so I always give guests a house tour. I am trying to decide whether to do a guest manual or not. I need to have a way of advertising the house rules such as clean up after yourself and also provide little things such as where the clean tea towels are kept, etc. I am not sure if a house manual is a little impersonal seeing as I live in the house. Also do anyone know of any templates that are available.

Tool = Apache Open Office (free) or Microsoft Word (expensive).

The only tool you need to create a fabulous house manual is some sort of word processor and a bullet list of items you want to put in that manual (list also created in OO or Word)…

If you feel incapable of writing your own house manual, perhaps one of us would do it – for a “nominal” fee. Several of us here are or have been professional writers.
