I rented my Airbnb to an old client it was nice to not have to clean for nine months but boy he was the biggest pain in the ass. I mean he always paid his rent and was quiet etc. but the big problem I had was that he never left he was always in his room that drove me crazy. I’m so glad to be back on Airbnb because most people who were tourists leave by 10 in the morning and they don’t come back till the evening and that gives me some breathing room

No guaranatee that won’t happen on Air, either! People who go out twice a month, and want to “chat”. All day. Every day.
Yes thats much nicer! You need breathing room where you can be yourself.
Fortunately they are in a separate unit next-door to my house so I don’t really have to socialize. We do share the washer and dryer in a separate area though. Normally after the walk-through I don’t see them anymore
