I would never buy property in a HOA, but I know folks that have. I know one of them will want to try this “to get rid of mosquitoes”.

Don’t need one in my neighborhood. Bats already love the old Victorian attics.

Same. I think of us as a bat-friendly home. The attic bats think of us as a human-friendly roost…

I wouldn’t allow them to roost here. Bats are a possible virus vector, and I’ve seen attics that were literally batshit crazy.
