I just want to thank everyone who contributes here. It is my go to place for some reading in the evening and at other times. I live reading older posts and the newer ones. Probably really should be writing assignments…

Couldn’t agree with you more @Shanghai! We are still in the renovation stages and won’t be actually renting for several months. I come to this site religiously each day to learn whatever I can. The older posts are great as most of my questions have been answered so there is always something to learn. I’m so glad I found this site well before taking the plunge!
