Third bad guest review and now no bookings

It feels like someone has hijacked my airbnb account. I can’t get in touch with them. My computer link doesn’t work. I get a message that I need to sign up to use my account. I can’t even find my listing! I have no way of contacting airbnb to find out what is wrong because the link doesn’t work as soon as I type three characters the screen blinks and back to start. over and over and over.
This is so very strange. I know the season slows down somewhat but absolutely no contact in a few weeks. need help to figure this out.

May be because you tried wrong password too many times. Call them

I just found a bug in accepting a booking. Call.
