Not for 30+ days. They’re considering roommates I believe, which is not very regulated.

Update: my listing and host reviews have completely disappeared. I hope it is just due the server error @KKC posted about. My reviews as a guest are still showing up.

I don’t know if anyone is invested in the outcome, but my listing is finally up and running again.
The tech support person I emailed never said what the issue was, but I wondered if it had to do with my license expiring during my hosting hiatus. It took a few weeks and phone calls with the city to get my license renewed, so I was tackling the licensing process at the same time I was trying to get my listing working.
Meanwhile, I changed my minimum nights to 30 days (30+ day stays don’t require a license in my city) and still was not able to publish my listing, but the tech support person was able to publish. Eventually I was able to renew my license, update the license number on my listing, and change it back to shorter stays. Viola!

It’s always nice when someone follows up with the final outcome. Even if no one who was following or participating is “invested”, it gives resolution info to someone else who might be searching the topic.
