The Guest left broken toilet cover and dirty wals

I have had a Guesst, whom left my toilette cover broken om half, the walls are dirty. How do I request money from the Host. By Airbnb or Host?

Have you checked the Airbnb Help section for this? Damage is an issue they’ve documented clearly enough.

Take photos, send to Air, open a claim.

I’m a little confused - are you a Guest (visitor) or a Host (house owner)?
Either way, you should contact the other party through the airbnb message system to ask for an explanation, and take photos/document the situation.
