I’m pretty sure it’s Airbnb doublespeak for cancellation rate. After the 43,537th superhost called to ask why they lost SH status after cancelling on someone they decided to call it what it was.

They made us Super Hos a while ago 
I th8nk there are some higher superho requirements introduced yesterday. I could be wrong tho.
