I’m closer to public transit than I am to restaurants and shops but I don’t have that one 
As a frequent guest, I have to say that the keywords have been useless when I’m searching for a place. They show up at the top of listings and are more of a distraction than anything else, cluttering up the page and adding to the noise I have to filter through.
You get much more more information by reading a listing and reading a few actual reviews.

The problem I see with this is guests misunderstanding that the keywords are from other guests reviews. I could see the guests thinking that the hosts planted the keywords and complaining that the listing wasn’t as advertised.
